Seats, by the kind of person
Your tier decides which of these your account can hold. You pay per seat, and only for the seats you use.
Admin
Runs the account: seats, brand, the naming convention, every folder and deal.
Manager
Everything on every deal, without the account controls. Deals tier and up.
Coordinator
Only the deals shared with them. The right seat for a processor or a part-time hand. Deals tier and up.
Intake
Folders only: drop files, see them named, download. The seat a bank BDO uses. Every tier.

An outside referrer with their own apply link, who sees only what they sent in. Full tier.
Questions people ask on the call
Is there a limit on deals, files or signatures?
No. Nothing in the product is metered or capped. A tier decides what kinds of things your account can hold, not how many of them.
How is it priced?
Per seat, per month, by the kind of seat. An Intake seat costs less than a Manager seat. We quote it on a call, because a CDC with one and a half people and a bank department with six BDOs are not the same conversation. Invoiced monthly, cancel any time.
What happens when I move between tiers?
Moving up changes nothing you already have; the new surfaces simply appear. Moving down hides what sits above the new tier and deletes nothing, so moving back up restores it exactly.
Where do reviewers fit?
A reviewer is anyone you share a deal with: your bank partner, your loan servicing provider, an approver on your own team. They get read and download on that one deal, you can revoke it any time, and they are not a seat. That is on the Deals tier and up.
I only want to send you deals. Do I need a plan?
No. Referring a deal to sbaloansHQ is free and always will be, and so is reviewing deals on the lender marketplace. A plan is for running your own book on the same software.
