For an SBA loan

A business plan your lender will actually read

Built from your answers and your own financials. Every figure in it traces back to a document you gave us or an assumption you wrote down yourself. Nothing invented, because a lender who catches one invented number stops believing the rest.

Four questions here. The rest are inside, one section at a time.

We will email you a payment link. Nothing is charged from this form.

Why most business plans do not help

We package SBA loans for a living, so we read these on the other side of the desk. Three things go wrong, and they are always the same three.

It reads like a brochure

Lenders skim for substance and find adjectives. A plan that says the business is well positioned in a growing market has told them nothing they can underwrite.

The numbers came from nowhere

A projection with no stated basis is the fastest way to lose credibility. The first question is always where the figure came from, and there is usually no answer.

It contradicts the file

The plan says one revenue number, the tax return says another. Nobody checked, and now the underwriter is checking everything.

How it works

01

You answer questions about your own business

Ten sections, two or three real questions each. Who your customers are, why they pick you over the place down the road, what a typical job costs you. There is a minimum length on each answer, because a one-line answer cannot produce a real section.

02

We turn your answers into the plan

Written from what you said and nothing else. If a section does not have enough behind it yet, it says so instead of padding. You can edit every word.

03

Your numbers go in

Upload your tax returns or profit and loss and the projection is built off them. Starting from scratch with nothing to upload? Then we build it from what drives the business: what you charge, what one sale costs you, how many you can do in a month, and where each of those figures came from.

04

You finish it, or we do

Print it and take it to your bank. Or ask us to review it, and we will read it the way a credit officer would.

What this will not do

It will not write your business for you. If you cannot say who buys from you and why, the plan cannot say it either, and it will show you the gap rather than fill it with something that sounds good.

It will not make a weak deal fundable. A plan explains a business, it does not change one. If the numbers do not work we would rather you found out from us for $99 than from a lender after three months.

And it will not tell a lender the loan should be approved. That is not a business plan's job, and a plan that tries reads like marketing.

Need the loan too?

We are SBA loan packagers. If you want us to take the whole thing to lenders, the plan is part of the work and you are not paying for it twice.
