The annual fee is not yours to pay
SBA also charges an annual service fee on the guaranteed portion, but it is paid by the lender, not the borrower (the annual service fee). It does not belong in your payment.

How is the SBA guaranty fee calculated?
As a percentage of the guaranteed portion of the loan (85% of loans up to $150,000, 75% above), with the percentage set by the size of the whole loan. For example, the FY2027 standard fee on a $1,000,000 loan is $26,250.
Can the guaranty fee be financed?
Yes, it is usually included in the loan amount.
